Dear Parents & Students, This is Sports Academies Form please go through it read all instructions carefully, fill up the Online Form & Submit on or before 20 June 2024.
Please Note :- Only one Activity can select for your child with the consultation of Student . But the selection should be in proper with the taste and fitness because we will train the child in that item for minimum 1 year. Parents are requested not to change the item at least 1 year frequent changes will not make any steady growth.
